Automation kit for dispensing – precise dosing, flexible production
When it comes to dispensing – i.e. precisely dosing, potting, gluing, or coating – abso-lute accuracy is essential. Adhesives, pastes, or fluids must be applied in a precisely defined quantity and shape – often with tolerances in the micrometer range. At the same time, the requirements in terms of flexibility are increasing, as materials, ge-ometries, and dispensing heads change quickly.
Machine manufacturers must therefore ensure the highest precision, stable process-es, in-line quality control, and integration into digital production environments. Re-quirements such as energy efficiency and sustainability are also becoming increasing-ly important.
The "Dispensing" solution set based on ctrlX AUTOMATION combines precise motion control, open interfaces, and efficient engineering. This allows CNC dispensing pro-cesses – from gluing, potting, and coating to spraying, sealing, and filling – to be con-trolled with high precision, adapted flexibly, and operated efficiently.

Das Solution Set „Dispensing“ ist ein vorkonfiguriertes Automatisierungs-Bundle für hochpräzise Dosierapplikationen. Im Zentrum stehen ctrlX CORE, ctrlX MOTION, ctrlX DRIVE, Motoren sowie ctrlX I/O. Sie werden ergänzt durch ctrlX HMI, ctrlX IPC und offene Kommunikationsschnittstellen wie OPC UA.
Die leistungsfähige Motion Control ermöglicht exakte Bahnführung, fliegendes Aufsynchronisieren sowie reproduzierbare Dosierergebnisse – unabhängig davon, ob Punkte, Raupen oder Flächen appliziert werden. Funktionen wie Produktkoordinatensysteme, Tool Offsets oder Switch-on-Path sorgen für maximale Präzision im Prozess.
Dank offener Architektur lassen sich unterschiedliche Dosierköpfe, Materialien und Anwendungen flexibel integrieren: von Battery über Semicon bis Solar. Dosierpfade können flexibel über IEC 61131, G-Code, Python oder grafische Tools programmiert werden.
