ctrlX DRIVE cabinet-free: Awarded as "Product of the Year 2026"

We are delighted that our cabinet-free drive system ctrlX DRIVE cabinet-free was chosen by readers of the trade magazine Computer&Automation as "Product of the Year 2026" in the drive technology category. Winners were selected through an online vote across a total of 11 categories. This award underscores the innovative power and technological advancement embodied in ctrlX DRIVE cabinet-free. Cabinet-Free Drive Technology at a New Level

What makes ctrlX DRIVE cabinet-free so special? It sets new standards in cabinet-free drive technology and impresses with simple installation, drastically reduced space requirements, minimal cabling effort, and exceptional flexibility.

The IP65/IP67 system ctrlX DRIVE cabinet-free almost completely eliminates the need for control cabinets, creating space for modular, streamlined production systems. Innovative SiC technology reduces energy losses by up to 60 percent, while the elimination of cabinet cooling additionally lowers operating costs. With power ratings up to 54 A, single and dual-axis variants, and flexible cooling concepts, modular machine designs can be realized – scalable up to 100 axes over 200 m in length. This flexibility enables future expansions without extensive modifications and makes ctrlX DRIVE cabinet-free a future-proof solution for modern production environments.
